1. Service Process


Demand Confirmation and Quotation


Customer Consultation: Receive detailed customer requirements for product specifications (materials, sizes, surface treatments, etc.), quantity, and use, and provide professional advice (such as material selection and processing technology).


Accurate Quotation: Provide transparent quotation sheets based on real-time exchange rates, trade terms (such as FOB/CIF), and payment methods (TT, letters of credit, etc.), and clarify packaging, transportation, and delivery requirements.


Sample Provision: Support sending samples or providing third-party quality inspection reports (such as SGS) to enhance customer trust.


2. Contract Signing and Production Arrangement


Contract Terms: Sign a formal contract or PI (pro forma invoice), clarify payment terms (deposit ≥ 30%), delivery date, quality standards, and liability for breach of contract.


Production Plan: Prepare production orders based on order requirements, start raw material procurement simultaneously, and regularly update customers on production progress (such as weekly reports).


Quality Control: Provide sampling records of the production process, support customers or third-party organizations (such as BV) to inspect goods, and ensure compliance with international standards.


3. Logistics and export customs clearance


Booking and transportation: arrange sea/land transportation according to trade terms, provide loading photos and seal information to ensure the safety of goods.


Customs clearance service: handle commodity inspection and customs clearance documents (packing list, invoice, contract, etc.) on behalf of the customer to ensure smooth customs clearance.


Document delivery: provide a full set of customs clearance documents such as bill of lading (B/L), certificate of origin, insurance policy, etc., and support telex release or original delivery.


After-sales service and long-term cooperation


After-sales support: assist in handling transportation damage, specification errors and other issues, and provide replenishment or compensation solutions.


Customer maintenance: regularly push industry trends and new product information, and provide customized procurement solutions (such as quarterly bulk discounts)
